Angelina and Brad Visit of Comfort Orphaned Children in Jordan

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's do-gooding continues.
During their recent trip to the Middle East - during which they met with refugees in Syria - the two also popped by the SOS Children's Village orphanage in Amman, Jordan, Oct. 1 to greet children after receiving an invitation from Her Majesty Queen Noor of Jordan.

"The SOS model of providing care for children without parental care is one of the best, as they are still in a family setting within their own country. We hope more people learn about their programs (sic) and give them support," said Jolie, 34, a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations' refugee agency,

Though it was Pitt's first time in Jordan, Jolie had previously been there in 2003.

The two have since returned to Los Angeles. Last week, Pitt took a meeting at his business office, and Jolie met with director Lasse Hallstrom.
